Overview
Josh Hoffman joined CLA's Investment Banking Group in 2025. In his role with the Investment Banking Group, Josh supports senior members in all aspects of transaction execution and client interaction. Josh brings with him over 12 years of M&A advisory, investment banking and related transaction execution experience.
Prior to joining CLA, Josh worked in investment banking at Brown, Gibbons, Lang & Co. in the environmental, industrial, and infrastructure services M&A group. Josh has worked as an investment banker at Capello Global, Greif & Co., focused on providing mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital raising services to private companies.
Josh received his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Anderson School at the University of California, Los Angeles and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Amherst College. Josh holds his SIE License, Series 79, and Series 63 from the Financial Industries Regulatory Association (FINRA).
